decAIde is an AI consensus platform that queries multiple AI models simultaneously and provides aggregated responses with confidence scores. The Service uses third-party AI providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, and others.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must sign in using Apple or Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
4. Credits and Payments
- New users receive free credits upon registration
- Credits are consumed based on the number of AI models queried
- Purchased credits are non-refundable
- Credits do not expire
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purposes
- Submit queries that violate the terms of our AI providers
- Attempt to circumvent credit limits or abuse free trial offers
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
6. AI Responses Disclaimer
Important: AI responses are provided for informational purposes only. The Service does not provide professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions. We are not responsible for actions taken based on AI responses.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by decAIde and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall decAIde be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app.
